A small town
diner with a
big reputation.
The Copper Skillet sits in the heart of Ash Fork, the Flagstone Capital of the USA, on a quiet stretch of Historic Route 66 between Williams and Seligman. It is the kind of place locals fill up on coffee in the morning and road trippers stumble into on their way to the Grand Canyon, then leave wishing they lived closer.
Three generations have run the griddle here, and not much has changed because not much needed to. Breakfast is served all day, the burgers are hand pattied to order, and the patty melt and fries is the thing everyone tells you to order.
